Delta News Agency ရဲ့ Fact Check အစီအစဉ်ကို ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ ၄ ရက်မှာ စတင်ခဲ့ပြီး The Red Flag Team ထံမှ အချက်အလက်စစ်ဆေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာပညာရပ်များကို သင်ယူခြင်းအစီအစဉ်များပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကာ ပထမဆုံး Fact Check Post ကို ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ ဩဂုတ်လ ၂၂ ရက်မှာ ပြည်သူကို စတင်အသိပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

နည်းစနစ်

၁။        DNA Fact Check Team အနေနဲ့ အဓိကအားဖြင့် နိုင်ငံရေး၊ လူမှုရေး၊ ပညာရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေး၊ သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်၊ ဆေးဝါးနဲ့ဆေးဝါးထုတ်ကုန်အန္တရာယ်၊ ဘာသာရေး၊ အများပြည်သူ အထိတ်တလန့် ဖြစ်စေမဲ့ သတင်းမှားတွေကို စိစစ်ပြီး ပြည်သူကို အသိပေး တင်ဆက်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၂။         ပြည်သူအများအတွက် အသိမပေးရင် အန္တရာယ်ဖြစ်စေမဲ့သတင်း၊ အသိမှား၊ အချက်အလက်မှား၊ အကြောင်းအရာအမှားတွေ ပြည်သူလူထုကြားထဲ ပျံ့နှံ့ရောက်ရှိတာမျိုးမဖြစ်စေဖို့ စိစစ်အသိပေးမှုများ ပြုလုပ် သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၃။        အဲဒီလို စိစစ်တဲ့အခါမှာ DNA Fact Check Team အနေနဲ့ စိတ်ခံစားမှု မပါဝင်စေပဲ ကြားနေခြင်း၊ လွတ်လပ်ခြင်း၊ ခွဲခြားမှုမရှိခြင်း၊ ပါတီ/မူဝါဒ/လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ကို မကြည့်ပဲ မှန်ကန်မျှတစွာ ဘက်မလိုက်ပဲ ပြည်သူ လူထုကို သတင်းအမှန်သိစေဖို့ အသိပေးစိစစ်မှုတွေ  ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာစွာ ပြုလုပ်သွားမယ်။

၄။        စိစစ်မှုလုပ်တဲ့အခါမှာ ယုံကြည်ရတဲ့သတင်းအရင်းအမြစ်နဲ့ ခိုင်မာတဲ့ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ/အဖွဲ့အစည်းများရဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်တွေကိုသာ ရယူကိုးကားခြင်း၊ အချက်အလက်စစ်ဆေးတဲ့ Search Engines, Tools များ အသုံး ပြုပြီး တိုက်ဆိုင်စိစစ်အတည်ပြုထုတ်ပြန်ခြင်းများကိုသာ ပြုလုပ်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၅။        ဒါ့အပြင် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများ၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာနယ်ပယ်အလိုက် ပညာရှင်များရဲ့ ပြောကြားချက်၊ ပညာရပ် ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အတည်ပြုချက်များကို မေးမြန်းရယူဖော်ပြစိစစ်သွားပါမယ်။

၆။        မူရင်းသတင်းမှားထုတ်လွှင့်တဲ့ Links များ၊ သတင်းအမှန်ထုတ်ပြန်တဲ့ Links, Post, Website  များကိုလည်း အများပြည်သူထံ စိစစ်တင်ပြရာမှာ ယုံကြည်မှုရှိစေဖို့ ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြသွားပါမယ်။

၇။        DNA Fact Check Team အနေနဲ့ လက်ရှိမှာ Facebook, Telegram, Website တို့ကနေ Fact Check အဖြစ် သတင်းမှန်စိစစ်ပေးတဲ့ကိစ္စကို လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

၈။        သတင်းအချက်အလက် စိစစ်ဖို့ရာ အခက်အခဲရှိတဲ့ကိစ္စတွေ၊ ထုတ်ပြန်ဖို့ အချက်အလက် စုံအောင် မရရှိတဲ့ ကိစ္စတွေ၊ အထောက်အထား သက်သေခံရရှိမှု မပြည့်စုံတဲ့ သတင်းမှားတွေကိုတော့ ထုတ်ပြန်အသိ ပေးနိုင်ခြင်းမရှိပါက မှတ်တမ်းပြုစုသိမ်းဆည်းထားရှိခြင်း ဆောင်ရွက်သွားပါမယ်။

၉။        ပြည်သူများအနေနဲ့ အချက်အလက်အမှားလို့ သံသယရှိလို့ဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ အချက်အလက်အမှန်ကို သိလို၍ ဖြစ်ဖြစ် စစ်ဆေးပေးဖို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပြောကြားလာပါက Fact Check မူဝါဒနဲ့ညီရင် စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက် ထုတ်ပြန် အသိပေးမှုများ ပြုလုပ်သွားပါမယ်။

၁၀။      DNA Fact Check Team အနေနဲ့ အများပြည်သူအတွက်အန္တရာယ်ရှိစေနိုင်တဲ့ သတင်းအမှား၊ အချက် အလက်အမှားတွေကို အမြန်ဆုံးစိစစ်အသိပေးရာမှာ ရံဖန်ရံခါ အချို့အချက်အလက်များ၊ ကိုးကားချက်များ မှားယွင်းသွားနိုင်ခြင်း၊ မတိကျမသေချာခြင်းတို့ ဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့ပါက အချက်အလက်အမှန်များကို အမြန်ဆုံး ပြင်ဆင် တည်းဖြတ်ပြီး ပြည်သူကို အသိပေးပြင်ဆင်ချက် ထုတ်ပြန်သွားပါမယ်။
